Description

  • Drive customer and internal adoption of AI solutions to accelerate time-to-value and improve operational outcomes.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to internal leaders and external clients, aligning AI capabilities with business goals and identifying new use cases.
  • Lead the end-to-end onboarding process, including scoping, technical setup, and training for AI deployments.
  • Monitor and analyze AI usage, model performance, adoption rates, and ROI to guide optimization efforts.
  • Guide clients and teams through organizational change required for AI adoption, including training and cultural alignment.
  • Act as a liaison between clients or departments and AI product and engineering teams to resolve issues and advocate for enhancements.
  • Identify bottlenecks, ethical concerns, and security risks in AI deployment and help mitigate them.
  • Manage and lead a small team of Machine Learning Engineers.
  • Ensure adherence to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct and report noncompliance as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
  • 6+ years of industry experience focused on ML solution development and production deployment, or 4+ years with a Master’s degree.
  • At least 2 years of engineering management experience leading teams of 4 or more engineers.
  • Strong proficiency in Python.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • Experience with GenAI services such as OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, or Google Gemini.
  • Experience developing and fine-tuning prompts for GenAI services.
  • Deep understanding of Generative AI/ML models, Agentic AI, API usage, and data management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple disciplines in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
  • Passion for customer success, innovation, product quality, service excellence, and test engineering.
