Description

  • Develop a deep understanding of customers, their business domain, and workflows.
  • Work collaboratively with customers and internal stakeholders from project inception through go-live implementation.
  • Support customers throughout the onboarding journey and serve as a point of contact for project and functional inquiries.
  • Build and execute detailed project plans to deliver services and deliverables on time.
  • Produce weekly and monthly status reports.
  • Document customer process flows, identify system gaps, and coordinate prioritization of customer needs with internal stakeholders.
  • Act as a connector between product development teams and customers to support system configurations and project go-live.
  • Build trusted relationships with product champions and key customer contacts and stay current on their needs.
  • Lead multiple implementation projects and technical software deployments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Finance, Economics, or Engineering preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in solutions management/engineering, project management, product management, account management, sales/customer success, or implementations.
  • Demonstrated relationship-building skills with internal and external customers.
  • Strong empathy for customers and passion for project management and organization.
  • Exceptional communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and take on new challenges.
  • Naturally process-oriented with strong time management skills.
  • Relevant experience at the intersection of technology and customer enablement.
  • Understanding of the technical aspects of software implementation is a plus.
