Description

  • Design and develop finance business applications in SAP Datasphere.
  • Gather business requirements and document, build, test, and deploy reporting applications using SAP Analytics Cloud Story and Excel add-in.
  • Build CDS views in S/4 for master and transaction data for consumption in SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud.
  • Configure and monitor data loads, alerts, and data reconciliation for business applications.
  • Work with Basis and supplier teams to set up integrations and validate patches and data reporting requests.
  • Perform impact analysis of application changes across system components with an end-to-end view of the system.
  • Specify or recommend integration and parallel testing criteria.
  • Review supplier technical designs to ensure alignment with business requirements.
  • Estimate rough order of magnitude effort and cost for new application functionality.
  • Support implementation activities, cutover, troubleshooting, training, and audit-related deliverables.

Requirements

  • Experience handling design and development of finance business applications in SAP Datasphere.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and delivering reporting applications with SAP Analytics Cloud Story and Excel add-in.
  • Experience building CDS views in S/4 for master and transaction data.
  • Experience configuring and monitoring data loads, alerts, and reconciliation processes.
  • Experience working with Basis and supplier teams on integrations, patches, and reporting needs.
  • Ability to mentor lower-level colleagues.
  • Ability to perform impact analysis across multiple application components with an end-to-end systems view.
  • Ability to specify or recommend integration and parallel testing criteria.
  • Ability to assess customer processes and products and align them to business unit goals.
  • Ability to estimate effort and cost for new functionality and support implementation, cutover, troubleshooting, and training.
