Description

  • Develop and execute comprehensive UAT test plans, including objectives, scenarios, and quality criteria.
  • Analyze test results and confirm acceptance criteria are met before release.
  • Identify defects, support troubleshooting, and contribute to root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, QA, and Agile teams across the development lifecycle.
  • Support change management and coordinate smooth code transitions across environments.
  • Track and report testing progress using defect logs and tracking tools.
  • Assist with environment-related issues and implementation activities.
  • Provide guidance on testing tools and best practices to junior testers.
  • Oversee workflow, task distribution, and coordination to meet service levels.
  • Train and mentor team members.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of total professional experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in testing or a related field, with 4–6 years preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes and methodologies.
  • Ability to analyze requirements and ensure testability.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of defect tracking and test management practices.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members.
