Description

  • Collaborate with the Wave Testing Lead, government client, and other vendors to plan, train, and test financial system components.
  • Develop test plans for implementation releases as part of the overall Momentum program.
  • Lead planning for system integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Develop and execute manual and automated test scripts and document test results.
  • Identify, track, and help resolve issues and defects, including change control discussions.
  • Ensure 100% traceability of program requirements and link test cases to the Requirements Traceability Matrix.
  • Maintain and prioritize the testing defect log and share progress updates with the government client and vendors.
  • Prepare testing summary reports and support UAT training facilitation.
  • Validate compliance with Federal Section 508, TRM, and VIP requirements.
  • Oversee and mentor junior testers while representing the testing program in planning and leadership discussions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 8 years of demonstrated experience testing Momentum Financials or another large-scale ERP system.
  • At least 4 years of experience developing, validating, and executing test scripts and documenting test results.
  • Experience creating and executing automated testing programs to validate business and technical requirements.
  • Knowledge of federal financial business processes, testing strategies, and testing methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience ensuring requirements traceability and supporting a full Requirements Traceability Matrix.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and willingness to grow those skills in a high-visibility environment.
  • Ability to obtain a public trust clearance.
  • Experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs is preferred.
  • Experience using Agility for requirements or testing is preferred.
