Description

  • Provide talent consulting and recruiting services to business leaders, hiring managers, and candidates throughout the sourcing and selection process.
  • Manage a portfolio of open requisitions across a large function, multiple departments, or multiple position types.
  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, offer presentation, and process closeout.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and ensure their hiring needs are met.
  • Lead hiring manager intake meetings to define sourcing strategies, skill sets, and role requirements.
  • Source candidates, evaluate applicants, and assess talent against defined hiring needs.
  • Communicate updates and feedback to hiring managers through written and verbal channels.
  • Create and present a compelling value proposition to market roles and attract talent.
  • Orchestrate the interview process and help ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Represent Farmers culture accurately throughout the recruiting process.

Requirements

  • Experience providing talent consulting and recruiting services.
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
  • Experience handling a portfolio of requisitions or open positions.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers.
  • Experience conducting intake meetings and defining sourcing strategies.
  • Ability to source, evaluate, and assess candidates against role requirements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to create a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Experience working across multiple departments, functions, or position types (preferred).
