Description

  • Proactively monitor application health and stability using tools such as Dynatrace.
  • Respond to and troubleshoot mass incidents affecting applications in scope.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents in a timely manner.
  • Initiate, troubleshoot, and participate in incident management calls.
  • Investigate, analyze, and document the root causes of incidents to prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and business stakeholders to provide support and communicate system status.
  • Prepare incident reports and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Use SQL to query databases and support troubleshooting activities.
  • Review Java code as needed for debugging purposes.

Requirements

  • Experience with monitoring and alerting tools such as Dynatrace.
  • Experience in incident management and troubleshooting production issues.
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis and document findings clearly.
  • Experience working with development, QA, and business stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in SQL for database querying.
  • Familiarity with Java code for debugging purposes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for incident reporting and stakeholder management.
  • Experience in a multicultural or globally distributed work environment is a plus.
  • Continuous learning and development mindset is preferred.
