Description

  • Leverage digital analytics to manage day-to-day paid display and social media acquisition operations.
  • Build, launch, and optimize paid display and social campaigns across platforms such as DV360 and Facebook.
  • Measure campaign effectiveness against key KPIs, including sales calls and premium.
  • Analyze weekly and daily campaign performance to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Manage audience segmentation and creation within marketing technology platforms.
  • Own monthly digital media budget planning, actuals, and forecasts in partnership with Finance.
  • Develop reporting and dashboards with the analytics team to support analysis and optimization.
  • Recommend and test new approaches for display, social, and in-market initiatives to improve lead quality.
  • Evaluate creative performance and develop insights and implications for display and social campaigns.
  • Manage vendors and coordinate with analytics, creative/content, and CRM partners to execute campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • English proficiency; resumes must be submitted in English.
  • Proven experience with Braze or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic coding for email templates.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute multiple marketing campaigns.
  • Experience designing personalized campaigns across email, push notifications, SMS, and other channels.
  • Experience with segmentation, A/B testing, multivariate testing, documentation, and staying current on marketing automation best practices.
