Description

  • Lead, coach, and develop Learning Experience Designers, Content Developers, and rotational design resources.
  • Set and maintain instructional design, visual design, accessibility, and technical standards for learning materials.
  • Review learning assets and provide actionable feedback on instructional effectiveness, usability, and learner experience.
  • Manage team workload, project priorities, resource allocation, and delivery deadlines.
  • Select appropriate learning approaches, including e-learning, videos, job aids, performance support, and supervisor-led coaching.
  • Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to align learning solutions with operational needs and business objectives.
  • Drive the transition from trainer-led delivery to a scalable, capability-based learning ecosystem embedded in everyday work.
  • Promote learning technologies, innovative design practices, and AI tools to improve development efficiency and learning outcomes.
  • Develop reusable frameworks, templates, and best practices to improve consistency and scalability.
  • Continuously improve learning processes, content quality, and business performance through evaluation and innovation.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in instructional design, learning experience design, training development, educational technology, or a related field.
  • Experience leading, mentoring, or coaching design professionals or content development teams.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and digital learning development.
  • Experience evaluating learning materials for instructional effectiveness, visual design, accessibility, usability, and technical quality.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, team capacity, competing priorities, and established delivery timelines.
  • Ability to assess business needs and recommend learning solutions based on complexity, urgency, scalability, and expected impact.
  • Experience with e-learning development tools, digital learning platforms, and multimedia learning solutions.
  • Strong understanding of visual design, content structure, learner experience, and accessibility considerations.
  • Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, designers, developers, and operational leaders.
  • Fluent English communication skills for working with international stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Educational Technology, Curriculum and Instruction, Adult Learning, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of cognitive psychology, learning sciences, graphic or UX design, multimedia design, human-computer interaction, accessibility, organizational development, or business management is advantageous.
  • Submit a CV in English.
