Description

  • Own the architecture vision and roadmap for Personal Lines policy administration platforms.
  • Govern Guidewire Policy Center and related platform capabilities.
  • Design and develop domain IT architecture solutions across process, applications, data, and technology.
  • Provide strategic guidance and architecture direction to delivery teams.
  • Drive modernization, cloud transformation, API enablement, integration, and data architecture initiatives.
  • Review high-level designs to ensure alignment with solution architecture.
  • Lead or support project work and ongoing architecture objectives.
  • Mentor developers and create reference implementations or frameworks.
  • Partner with system architects to elaborate capabilities and features.
  • Define architecture runway, continuous delivery support, and non-functional requirements.

Requirements

  • 7-9+ years of overall experience.
  • 4-6 years of experience in Guidewire Policy Center for Auto, Home, and PNC.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience defining architecture roadmaps and technology strategy.
  • Knowledge of cloud transformation, APIs, integrations, and data architecture.
  • Experience supporting large-scale transformation programs.
  • Architect or senior-level industry certification required within 12 months of hire in Guidewire Architecture.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Experience with AWS cloud architecture.
  • Experience in domain architecture, enterprise architecture, API architecture, integration architecture, and technology roadmapping.
