Description

  • Develop and manage the strategic roadmap for enterprise sales applications and platforms.
  • Lead agile feature delivery, including program planning, feature intake, prioritization, sequencing, and dependency management.
  • Direct Product Owners and delivery partners across multiple agile teams to ensure work is aligned and delivered with measurable outcomes.
  • Drive improvements in digital sales performance through experimentation, user experience optimization, and process simplification.
  • Own the roadmap for sales enablement and follow-up capabilities such as lead management, customer communication, scheduling, and routing.
  • Translate complex business needs into clearly scoped features with benefit statements, acceptance criteria, timelines, and success criteria.
  • Analyze sales, customer journey, operational, and platform data to identify opportunities and recommend investments to senior leadership.
  • Manage relationships with enterprise technology teams, delivery partners, vendors, and platform stakeholders to support timely and stable releases.
  • Influence resource allocation, capacity planning, partner support, and budget stewardship for development investments.
  • Build, coach, and develop Product Owners and Agile Product Managers while fostering ownership and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of progressive experience in digital product delivery, agile software development, or platform management within insurance, financial services, e-commerce, or a related digital sales environment.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering functionality across sales, customer-facing, or operational platforms preferred.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience, including experience managing Product Owners.
  • Full English fluency.
  • High degree of initiative and business acumen.
  • Experience with Agile / SAFe practices.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Experience with sales enablement platforms, customer-facing digital experiences, workflow tools, and related sales technologies.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
  • Project and program management skills and effective leadership skills.
