Description

  • Support the Auto and Home Actuarial team in updating the Base Rate Offset tool into Python.
  • Develop and implement predictive analytics using advanced statistical and analytical techniques.
  • Select and apply appropriate modeling techniques to address business needs.
  • Evaluate model performance and track results over time.
  • Design and publish reports to communicate findings and model performance.
  • Develop predictor and response variable programs.
  • Review programs to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Prepare internal and external structured and unstructured data sets for building, rebuilding, and refreshing predictive models.
  • Create ad hoc data analyses as needed.
  • Communicate analytics results to technical modelers and non-technical business partners.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the modeling process.

Requirements

  • Fluent English proficiency is required; the role works 100% in English.
  • Advanced Python skills are required.
  • Intermediate SQL skills are required.
  • Intermediate Power BI skills are required.
  • Intermediate Excel skills are required.
  • Strong self-learning ability is required.
  • Experience with advanced statistical and analytical modeling techniques is required.
  • Knowledge of predictive analytics and model evaluation is required.
