Description

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale capital markets transformation program across business, operations, and technology workstreams.
  • Coordinate activities across multiple stakeholder groups and organizations to maintain a unified delivery approach.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate program risks, issues, dependencies, and resource constraints.
  • Facilitate collaboration across business, product, operations, and technology teams to keep requirements, priorities, and delivery plans aligned.
  • Support program governance, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
  • Provide transparency on program progress, risks, decisions, and milestones.
  • Work within a highly regulated capital markets environment to keep delivery on track and within scope.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience delivering complex programs or large-scale transformation initiatives in Capital Markets, Financial Services, or other highly regulated environments.
  • Proven experience managing multiple workstreams, stakeholder groups, dependencies, and delivery teams within large programs.
  • Strong understanding of program governance, risk management, planning, budgeting, and delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with experience engaging senior business, technology, and operational leaders.
  • Business case development skills.
  • Experience within Fixed Income, Repo, Clearing, Settlement, Custody, or broader Capital Markets infrastructure environments (bonus).
  • Knowledge of market infrastructure organizations, financial market utilities, or regulatory-driven transformation initiatives (bonus).
  • Experience managing programs involving multiple business units, vendors, or delivery organizations (bonus).
  • Familiarity with infrastructure modernization, operational resilience, or market expansion initiatives (bonus).
  • Consulting or client-facing experience delivering transformation programs for financial services organizations (bonus).

  • Base salary of $118,000–$152,000 CAD.
