Description

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and AWS-native CI/CD services.
  • Develop automated build and deployment scripts for enterprise-scale .NET backend services, ReactJS frontends, and infrastructure as code.
  • Containerize applications with Docker and manage deployments in Kubernetes environments such as AWS EKS and on-prem clusters.
  • Create, manage, and optimize Helm charts for Kubernetes deployments.
  • Use Kubernetes tools including kubectl, Kustomize, and Skaffold to automate deployments and configuration management.
  • Collaborate with development teams to streamline release processes and improve deployment efficiency.
  • Implement environment provisioning, configuration management, and infrastructure as code practices.
  • Monitor system health, performance, and availability using Prometheus and Grafana.
  • Troubleshoot build, deployment, and runtime issues across distributed systems.
  • Support blue-green, canary, and rolling deployment strategies.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience noted for the role, with 8–12+ years of DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering experience required.
  • Strong experience building CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins.
  • Experience with AWS CI/CD services including CodePipeline, CodeBuild, and CodeDeploy.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and containerization best practices.
  • Deep expertise in Kubernetes, including EKS and/or on-prem environments, deployment, scaling, and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency with kubectl, CLI tooling, Kustomize, and Skaffold.
  • Strong experience with Helm charts for packaging and deploying applications.
  • Experience deploying and managing .NET backend systems and ReactJS frontend applications.
  • Solid understanding of AWS cloud services and architecture.
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
  • Strong scripting skills in Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
  • Preferred experience in capital markets or financial services environments.
  • Familiarity with microservices architectures and distributed systems.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation.
  • Experience with secrets management and security best practices such as IAM and Vault.
  • Exposure to GitOps practices and tools such as ArgoCD and Flux.
  • Experience supporting high-throughput, low-latency systems.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, collaboration, ownership, and accountability skills.
