Description

  • Design data models and transformations for insurance business solution redesigns and migrations.
  • Develop data hubs, data lakes, reporting platforms, and data warehouses.
  • Analyze business requirements and define data solution approaches.
  • Own subject-matter and project responsibilities for client engagements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Lead internal and client project teams.
  • Collaborate with the Data Team to deliver solutions for insurers and reinsurers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience designing and developing data solutions.
  • Expertise in data engineering and/or data analytics.
  • Experience with one or more standard data tools.
  • Knowledge of insurance policy administration and claims processes.
  • Understanding of insurance data models and data flows.
  • Experience with data modeling and DevOps and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience analyzing requirements from business stakeholders.
  • Project or subproject management experience with strong stakeholder communication skills.
  • Degree in computer science or a comparable qualification.
  • Fluency in German and English, with the ability to work independently and take ownership as a consultant.
