Description

Collaborate with engineers and managers to build applications used by hotel customers around the world.
Write clean, self-documenting code that follows best practices and design patterns.
Use agentic development flows to develop maintainable software.
Contribute creative ideas to improve the product and technology.
Think beyond individual tickets to help delight customers and grow the business.
Mentor teammates through 1:1s and active code reviews.
Advise the tech lead on technical decisions.
Take initiative, handle ambiguity, and execute projects with little direction.
Work closely with Product Managers to inform product decisions.
Support services that operate at large scale with a focus on operational excellence.

Requirements

5+ years of experience.
Strong knowledge of backend application development.
Experience with JavaScript and common front-end frameworks such as VueJS or ReactJS.
Demonstrated ability to ship high-quality products.
Self-motivated, collaborative, and diligent work ethic.
Experience working on mobile applications or with React Native.
Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations.
Strong IC experience and comfort operating with little direction.
