Description

  • Collaborate with engineers and managers to build applications used by hotel customers around the world.
  • Write clean, self-documenting code that follows best practices and design patterns.
  • Use agentic development flows to develop maintainable software.
  • Contribute creative ideas to improve the product and technology.
  • Think beyond individual tickets to help delight customers and grow the business.
  • Mentor teammates through 1:1s and active code reviews.
  • Advise the tech lead on technical decisions.
  • Take initiative, handle ambiguity, and execute projects with little direction.
  • Work closely with Product Managers to inform product decisions.
  • Support services that operate at large scale with a focus on operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of backend application development.
  • Experience with JavaScript and common front-end frameworks such as VueJS or ReactJS.
  • Demonstrated ability to ship high-quality products.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and diligent work ethic.
  • Experience working on mobile applications or with React Native.
  • Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations.
  • Strong IC experience and comfort operating with little direction.
