Description

  • Conduct persistent outbound outreach to targeted prospects through calls and email.
  • Communicate the company’s value proposition to decision makers and qualify potential sales opportunities.
  • Meet quota targets for qualified leads.
  • Use prospecting tools to research companies and identify key decision makers.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to help close accounts and accelerate pipeline growth.
  • Help optimize the sales development approach through ongoing process improvement.
  • Use Salesforce for lead and pipeline management as well as sales forecasting.
  • Participate in knowledge sharing, training updates, and process optimization.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of work experience.
  • Prior SDR experience is preferred but not required.
  • Prior experience in hospitality, software, or sales is preferred but not required.
  • Experience qualifying leads is preferred.
  • Ability to adapt easily to new situations and contribute quickly.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong grit and emotional resilience for high-volume outbound sales work.
  • Determination to exceed weekly goals with strong self-accountability.
  • Assertive, persistent, persuasive, and attentive listening skills.
  • Ability to build client relationships and overcome objections over the phone.
