Description

  • Become the expert on hospitality technology trends, customer needs, competitors, and regulatory requirements across EMEA and APAC.
  • Own and execute regional go-to-market plans for new product launches, features, and major releases.
  • Develop localized product positioning, value propositions, and messaging tailored to target countries and market nuances.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to create regional enablement materials such as presentations, case studies, battle cards, and training assets.
  • Collaborate with content and demand generation teams on regional campaigns, events, and localized content including website copy, blogs, and webinars.
  • Track and analyze competitors in EMEA and APAC to inform differentiation strategy and regional roadmap decisions.
  • Measure the performance of regional marketing initiatives and product adoption, and share actionable insights for optimization.
  • Act as the liaison between Product, Marketing, Sales, and Leadership teams, incorporating regional feedback into product roadmap and corporate strategy.

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of progressive experience in Product Marketing.
  • Significant experience in EMEA and/or APAC markets for a B2B SaaS company.
  • Experience in hospitality, travel, or property technology (PropTech) is a strong plus.
  • Proven success launching and growing products in international markets with localized go-to-market strategies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with native-level English proficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data, campaign performance, and competitive intelligence.
  • Ability to work effectively across time zones and cultures on a highly matrixed global team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Master's degree is a bonus.
