Description

  • Serve as the strategic owner of assigned global strategic accounts and maintain long-term executive and operational relationships.
  • Coordinate across deployments, expansions, and adoption work streams between Implementation, Sales, and customer stakeholders.
  • Lead strategic account planning and develop success plans tied to brand-level outcomes and property-level adoption.
  • Conduct regular executive business reviews to provide insights, surface risks, and identify partnership opportunities.
  • Ensure smooth transitions from deployment to adoption in collaboration with the Implementation Manager.
  • Monitor product usage and adoption across large portfolios and intervene to mitigate risks and improve outcomes.
  • Partner with Sales to identify and execute expansion opportunities while maintaining a seamless customer experience.
  • Advocate for customer needs internally with Product, Engineering, and Support to influence roadmap decisions and resolve escalations.
  • Promote customer advocacy and help turn satisfied brands into champions of Canary.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategic Consulting, preferably in hospitality technology or SaaS.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts.
  • Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
  • Experience in strategic planning and account growth within global or multi-property enterprises.
  • Collaborative mindset with proven ability to work cross-functionally with technical and commercial counterparts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
  • PMP certification or equivalent experience is a plus.

  • Target cash compensation of €123,000 - €167,000, including fixed annual salary and a quarterly performance-based bonus.
