Description

  • Deliver against an overall revenue quota and establish sustainable regional revenue streams.
  • Build and execute go-to-market strategies using direct engagements, channel partnerships, and customer renewals.
  • Develop a clear regional growth strategy focused on market penetration, customer acquisition, and long-term scalability.
  • Represent Canary as an industry expert at conferences, events, and networking opportunities to raise regional awareness.
  • Partner with global Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align regional goals with company objectives and ensure seamless execution.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing regional team and foster a culture of ownership and collaboration.
  • Identify and engage target accounts via email, phone, social media, direct mail, and in-person meetings.
  • Develop and refine a scalable outbound sales process for the region.
  • Manage pipeline using Salesforce and other tools for lead management, sales forecasting, and performance reporting.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in a closing sales role with proven success hitting or exceeding targets.
  • End-to-end sales management experience, including prospecting, closing, and renewals.
  • Prior experience selling hospitality software or B2B SaaS solutions.
  • Track record of launching new markets or building business operations from the ground up.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience building and guiding teams.
  • Highly motivated and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Deep understanding of local business culture with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM for pipeline management and sales forecasting.
