Description

  • Partner with campus leaders, client functional and technical teams, and external vendors to assess current processes and recommend improvements.
  • Evaluate and design future-state business processes for higher education institutions.
  • Guide institutions in optimizing their Workday Finance, HCM, and/or Student environments.
  • Architect, develop, test, train, and roll out process and technical solutions.
  • Support compliance with state and federal grant requirements and institutional policies.
  • Strengthen internal controls, improve reporting, and align operations with strategic goals.
  • Facilitate workshops, document business processes, and support knowledge transfer.
  • Collaborate with CampusWorks colleagues to deliver client project outcomes.

Requirements

  • Substantial expertise in Workday Finance, HCM, and/or Student modules.
  • Experience using, implementing, or consulting on Workday in a higher education environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience with higher education ERP implementations and/or consulting preferred.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders as a trusted advisor preferred.
  • Experience with project management methodologies or software and/or process-mapping tools preferred.
  • Experience in reporting, analytics, and/or business intelligence preferred.
  • Ability to work as a 1099 independent contractor on variable-duration projects, with potential limited campus visits.
