Description

  • Serve as the primary administrator for HR technology systems, including configuration, permissions, organizational structures, and master data.
  • Design, test, deploy, and monitor integrations between HR systems in partnership with IT and vendors.
  • Manage system releases and upgrades, including sandbox testing, user acceptance testing, production cutovers, and compliance controls.
  • Own HRIS incident resolution by documenting root causes, permanent fixes, preventive controls, SOPs, and configuration documentation.
  • Audit, reconcile, and validate People data across systems to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Support internal and external audits with evidence, remediation plans, and data documentation.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions for core People processes such as onboarding, promotions, transfers, merit cycles, leaves, and offboarding.
  • Lead automation and change management initiatives to improve adoption, reduce manual work, and lower error risk.
  • Build and automate executive-level dashboards and stakeholder reports covering headcount, attrition, hiring funnel, compensation, benefits, and leave impact.
  • Provide user support, training, job aids, and knowledge resources for HR team members and managers.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including SLAs, release roadmaps, and issue escalation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field; HR/HRIS certifications preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in HRIS or People Systems roles, preferably in high-growth and regulated environments.
  • Hands-on configuration and administration experience with HiBob, Greenhouse, and Paylocity, plus integration exposure to bSwift and Cocoon.
  • Advanced Excel skills and comfort with structured data and report automation.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and project management skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth company with evolving business needs.
  • Full-time employment required.
  • Must be able to sit for up to 8 hours per day.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
  • Compliance with applicable county, state, and federal vaccination requirements is required.
