Description

  • Lead, recruit, hire, train, and manage Clinical Specialists and 1099 case coverage personnel in coordination with Regional Business Managers and Territory Sales Managers.
  • Manage day-to-day deployment of clinical support resources to maximize efficiency and improve patient outcomes.
  • Develop, deliver, and maintain clinical education for sales teams, surgeons, OR staff, clinical specialists, and 1099 case coverage personnel.
  • Coordinate with Sales to create and deliver new hire training content, pre-training, on-site training, and post-training activities.
  • Provide quarterly assessments, reviews, and field rides to coach team members and develop clinical acumen.
  • Manage clinical competence, including case sign-off and post-new-hire training validation.
  • Work with Sales to fulfill case coverage needs across clinical and regional/divisional assignments.
  • Document case results and report outcomes to Sales leadership.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Quality, Regulatory, Marketing, and R&D on new product development, marketing materials, and clinical input.
  • Co-manage customer-facing webinars, facilitate clinical breakout sessions, and support other assigned duties.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of clinical professional training or OR and surgical-based experience.
  • Demonstrated clinical mastery related to surgical devices; urology experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, professional work ethic, and ability to perform independently at a high level.
  • Experience training surgeons in the OR and working with Sales onboarding.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to manage, edit, and develop surgical videos and other training materials.
  • Ability to travel up to 90%, including overnight travel.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license.
  • Compliance with FDA Quality System Regulations and applicable vaccination requirements.
