Description

  • Provide clinical case coverage as assigned in the territory, region, or nationally when needed.
  • Proctor CVAC cases and independently support procedures to ensure safe and effective device use.
  • Train surgeons, surgical teams, physicians, and medical staff on the device and procedural workflow.
  • Provide intra-operative clinical product support and troubleshoot equipment according to standard procedures.
  • Prepare, maintain, and quality-check equipment and procedure kits before surgery.
  • Manage account inventory, reconcile usage and missing inventory, and ensure shipping documentation matches received and returned inventory.
  • Support physician training programs, sales training programs, and residency education efforts.
  • Partner with the Territory Sales Manager on account setup, clinical engagement, case support, and clinical outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other Clinical Specialists to review cases and share peer-to-peer knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and appropriate interactions with healthcare professionals.

Requirements

  • Clinical experience as a Scrub Tech, X-Ray Tech, RN or BSN, or Laser Tech.
  • 1-3 years of industry experience for Clinical Specialist II candidates.
  • Prior experience as a Clinical Specialist with a medical device company or with mobile lithotripsy provider companies.
  • 3+ years of full-time medical device clinical specialist experience for Sr. Clinical Specialist candidates.
  • Experience in surgical technique and sterile procedures in the operating room.
  • Experience providing intraoperative coaching or procedural guidance.
  • Fluoroscopy experience is a plus.
  • Urology experience is preferred for senior-level candidates.
  • Degree or certification in a medical-related field such as LPN, RN, Surg Tech, or Rad Tech is highly desirable.
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively, including up to 90% by car and outside the designated territory.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States and ability to complete employment eligibility verification upon hire.
  • Comfort with a fast-paced startup environment and understanding of medical device and sales training processes.

Benefits

  • Competitive total compensation of $100,000-$140,000 annually.
  • Base salary of $80,000, $100,000, or $120,000 per year depending on experience.
  • Annual variable bonus of $20,000.
  • Auto allowance of $9,600.
  • Cell phone and internet allowance of $1,800.
