Description

  • Provide pre-sales technical support to the sales team, including product demonstrations, technical presentations, and responses to customer inquiries.
  • Work with customers to understand their requirements and design customized solutions that meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to ensure customer feedback is incorporated into product improvements.
  • Prepare technical documentation, proposals, and sales materials to support the sales process.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Perform additional duties as required, including assignments outside the core job classification.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in network design using Ruckus, Aruba, or Cisco Meraki equipment.
  • Experience with Ekahau software and Lucidchart preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Visio, Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems, and anticipate needs while contributing to a collaborative team.
  • Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities with strong prioritization skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • A growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement.
