Description

  • Collaborate with engineers, product owners, and stakeholders to design end-to-end solutions using ASP.NET Core, React, and Azure services.
  • Translate user requirements into scalable software solutions following Agile/SCRUM practices and the full software development lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain client-side experiences with React, including Hooks, Redux or Context API, and TypeScript.
  • Develop and consume RESTful and GraphQL APIs using C#, ASP.NET Core Web API, and Entity Framework Core.
  • Implement cloud-native solutions on Azure, including App Service, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, Blob Storage, Key Vault, and DevOps pipelines.
  • Design, optimize, and maintain SQL Server and Azure SQL databases, including T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and indexing strategies.
  • Write unit and integration tests using xUnit, NUnit, and Jest.
  • Automate releases using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
  • Participate in code reviews, pair programming sessions, and technical design discussions to improve code quality, security, and maintainability.
  • Provide estimates, report progress, and support team morale and project goals.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience building applications in the modern .NET ecosystem (.NET Core/5/6+) and C#.
  • Proficiency with React functional components, Hooks, and TypeScript for client-side development.
  • Strong familiarity with Azure services, including App Service, Functions, Azure SQL Database, and DevOps pipeline creation.
  • Solid database skills with SQL Server 2016 or later or Azure SQL, including schema design, T-SQL, performance tuning, and migrations.
  • Experience with RESTful API design, ASP.NET Core Web API, and Entity Framework Core or a similar ORM.
  • Source control expertise with Git and experience configuring CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
  • Comfort with HTML5, CSS3 or CSS-in-JS, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript tooling such as Webpack, Babel, and npm.
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and deliver work on schedule.
