Description

  • Assist in achieving and exceeding regional sales targets across the analytics and automation portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, customers, and partners to support sales engagements.
  • Partner with Account Executives and sales leadership to develop account strategies and advance opportunities.
  • Lead product demonstrations and technical presentations for analytics and OmniAgent automation solutions.
  • Deliver pre-sales technical consultation and guidance to prospects and customers.
  • Run proof-of-concepts, including solution configuration, conversational flow setup, analytics validation, and business outcome presentations.
  • Develop and deliver demo environments, product demonstrations, and regionally relevant use cases.
  • Support RFP, RFI, and RFQ responses with technical and functional input.
  • Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Professional Services, and Customer Success to support customer opportunities.
  • Maintain prospect and customer engagement information in CRM and internal systems and communicate customer needs to Product Management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, Contact Center Technology, Conversational AI, or related fields.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Linguistics, or a related discipline.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to business and technical audiences.
  • Experience supporting enterprise software or SaaS sales engagements.
  • Familiarity with conversational AI, automation platforms, generative AI, or customer experience technologies.
  • Understanding of customer experience and customer engagement workflows.
  • Ability to develop and communicate ROI-driven business value.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Technically proficient and able to quickly learn new technologies and serve as a trusted solution advisor.
  • Professional proficiency in Czech and English required; additional regional language skills are a plus.
  • Ability to travel within Central Europe as needed, approximately 30–50%.
  • Experience with contact center analytics, CCaaS, conversational AI, or automation platforms is preferred.
  • Exposure to LLMs, AI-assisted automation, or conversational workflow design is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, workflow automation, or enterprise integrations is preferred.
  • Experience supporting multinational or multilingual customers across Central or Eastern Europe is preferred.
