Description

  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Revenue, Design, and Lifecycle teams to define analytics and experimentation roadmaps and identify growth opportunities.
  • Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and own experimentation end-to-end to validate hypotheses and optimize acquisition, activation, and retention.
  • Define success metrics for product initiatives and ensure features deliver measurable user and business value.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive event tracking plans to measure user behavior, product adoption, and feature performance.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses such as conversion funnel analysis, cohort retention, lifecycle segmentation, LTV modeling, and churn prediction to surface actionable insights.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that surface key growth trends and enable stakeholders to self-serve insights.
  • Ensure analytics outputs are accurate, timely, and aligned with Calendly’s business goals and translate complex business questions into structured analyses.
  • Provide strategic recommendations and represent growth levers and business objectives in cross-functional planning and strategy discussions.

Requirements

  • Expertise in A/B testing statistics and end-to-end experimentation design.
  • Proficient in Python for developing advanced analytics solutions and automation scripts.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, relational databases, and data analysis/visualization tools (e.g., Hex).
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience designing and maintaining event tracking plans to ensure accurate measurement of user behavior and feature performance.
  • Inquisitive mindset for uncovering insights and driving continuous improvement.
  • Authorized to work lawfully in the United States (Calendly does not provide immigration sponsorship).

Benefits

  • Annual base salary ranges by location tier: Tier 1 $181,503–$213,534; Tier 2 $166,378–$195,739; Tier 3 $151,253–$177,945 USD.
  • Eligibility for Top Performer Bonus program (or Sales incentive) and equity awards.
  • Competitive benefits package.
  • Company uses employee remote work zip code (or onsite building location) to determine metropolitan pay range, supporting remote/hybrid arrangements.
  • Full-time (30 hours/week) employees are eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.

  • Role may require occasional travel for company events, team collaboration, or offsites.
