Description

  • Architect and scale data structures and analytics for global risk detection and real-time reporting using SQL and Python.
  • Design fraud decisioning strategies using login, entity, and tokenization signals to detect and stop account takeover and high-risk transactions.
  • Lead cross-functional efforts by translating technical risks into business logic and aligning stakeholders on security versus user friction trade-offs.
  • Perform statistical analysis and false positive rate modeling to improve detection precision and protect the customer experience.
  • Execute end-to-end risk decisioning for debit card transactions and authentication frameworks such as MFA and 3DS.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure fraud strategy performance and a smooth customer journey.
  • Develop data-driven fraud decisioning approaches for banking transactional stages across the customer lifecycle.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Statistics, Information Systems, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5–8 years of work experience in fraud analytics.
  • Experience managing risk-decisioning strategies and mitigating losses in debit card fraud transaction flows, including ATO, 3DS, CNP, and tokenization.
  • Understanding of sophisticated authentication frameworks, including MFA and IDV.
  • Expert-level SQL and Python skills.
  • Deep understanding of the balance between fraud mitigation and user experience.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and own complex initiatives in fluid environments.
