Description

  • Prepare and present monthly financial results and KPI reports for business leaders.
  • Serve as the primary FP&A contact for senior leaders across the company.
  • Manage annual budget and monthly forecast processes for each function.
  • Analyze actual financial and operational results at the individual budget level.
  • Hold regular meetings with budget owners to review results and discuss variances.
  • Review monthly actual financial results during the close process to ensure accuracy.
  • Develop financial analyses and models to support strategic goals.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement enhancements to financial processes.
  • Complete ad hoc financial analyses as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in finance or accounting.
  • Minimum of 4 years of progressive management experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior leaders and diverse audiences.
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills in a matrix environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and analyze data.
  • Successful completion of background screening, including employment verification, criminal search, OFAC, SS verification, and, where applicable, credit and drug screening.
  • Experience with Oracle and Hyperion (preferred).
  • Advanced degree in a related field (preferred).
