Description

  • Consult with Wealth Advisors on portfolio strategy, objectives, and investment implementation.
  • Serve as a main point of contact for investment and portfolio management within Wealth Management.
  • Ensure accurate completion and auditing of portfolio implementations against target objectives.
  • Support newly acquired firms as they assimilate to the firm’s investment platform and models.
  • Develop investment deliverables, analytics, proposals, and presentations for prospective and existing clients.
  • Communicate investment philosophy, strategies, and implementation status clearly and proactively.
  • Troubleshoot portfolio and workflow inquiries and coordinate process improvements with central teams.
  • Manage standardized workflows and concurrent projects while meeting service level agreements.
  • Train and support new Portfolio Consultants and new hires on core investment competencies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferred, ideally in Business, Economics, Psychology, or Finance.
  • CFP® and/or Series 65 required.
  • CFA or an advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of financial industry-related experience.
  • Working knowledge of Orion and Morningstar preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, including advanced data analytics, preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a highly collaborative approach.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
  • Availability during standard business hours Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM, with occasional early or late hours.
  • Travel required up to 10% of the time.

  • Base pay range of $72,000 to $85,000 USD.
