Description

  • Own the long-range plan, aligning capital allocation and growth assumptions with long-term company goals.
  • Build and maintain models that measure and improve unit economics across customers, segments, cohorts, and channels.
  • Prepare executive-ready materials for monthly reviews and board discussions that translate data into clear recommendations.
  • Support future fundraising efforts and other strategic projects and initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders on scenario modeling and business case development.
  • Define and track KPIs and leading indicators to improve business performance.
  • Contribute to the development of forecasting features or tools for the company and clients.
  • Partner with go-to-market teams on pricing strategy and proposals.
  • Build the systems, tooling, and frameworks needed for strategic finance, including automation, reporting, and operating rhythms.
  • Work closely with FP&A to align near-term budgets and forecasts with long-term planning.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, private equity, strategy and operations, FP&A, or a related finance role.
  • Operational experience at a fast-paced, scaling company.
  • Experience with subscription business models and familiarity with ARR, revenue, retention, and unit economics.
  • Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Customer Success, and R&D teams.
  • Strong financial modeling skills, including building models from scratch in a high-growth, operationally complex environment.
  • Ability to translate data and analysis into clear narratives for executives and board-level stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills and executive presence.
  • High ownership, curiosity, and urgency, with the ability to operate independently and navigate ambiguity.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Healthcare or health tech experience is a plus.
