Description

  • Create and execute a regional sales plan focused on prospecting, pipeline development, and closing opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification through deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and technical stakeholders.
  • Work closely with presales teams to advance opportunities and support solution selling.
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, product launches, promotions, and lead-generation programs.
  • Gather market, prospect, and competitive intelligence using available resources.
  • Develop strategies that generate demand and resonate with target accounts.
  • Meet or exceed quota expectations.
  • Use a consultative selling approach to position the value of Verint’s solutions to enterprise customers.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience selling complex B2B software products.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience prospecting with tools such as Outreach, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
  • Demonstrated success selling to business and technical executives, including technical CXOs and VPs.
  • Consistent history of overachievement and multi-year quota attainment.
  • Accountable, collaborative team player with a tenacious drive to win.
  • College or university degree; technical disciplines or backgrounds are preferred.
  • Experience using MEDDPIC to drive business outcomes with customers and prospects.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
