Description

  • Execute corporate secretarial administrative duties, including preparing resolutions and meeting minutes.
  • Update and maintain statutory registers.
  • Submit e-filings and returns to ACRA and IRAS.
  • Handle communications with current and prospective clients in a professional manner.
  • Perform data entry and verify data accuracy.
  • Carry out other administrative duties required by company management.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a corporate secretarial role.
  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Bilingual English and Mandarin or Malay is an added advantage.
  • Experience using MS Excel and MS Word, or Google Docs.
  • Experience with G Suite tools such as Google Drive and Google Docs is preferred.
  • Meticulous with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently to achieve clear outcomes.
  • Must include a sentence using the word 'simple' in the email reply for the application.

Benefits

  • RM5,500 - RM6,500 per month depending on experience.
  • Higher remuneration is possible for applicants with additional experience and capabilities.
