Description

  • Own the long-term success of enterprise customers from go-live through adoption, expansion, renewal, and measurable risk reduction.
  • Lead AI security delivery engagements including threat modeling, guardrail design, red-team exercises, control frameworks, and implementation advisory.
  • Work embedded with customer security and engineering teams to translate AI risk exposure into board-defensible outcomes.
  • Turn delivery findings into executive-ready narratives and decision-driving recommendations.
  • Serve as the senior technical voice in enterprise sales cycles, presenting and defending the platform to CISOs, security architects, and engineering leaders.
  • Lead discovery to surface customer risk exposure and shape the case for the platform and related services.
  • Partner with sales on scoping, solution design, and proposals for complex Fortune 500 deals.
  • Help define the strategy, roadmap, and success of the AI security offering in North America.
  • Create repeatable delivery methods and feed field learnings back into product direction.
  • Lay the foundations of the North America team and grow into leading the function as it scales.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in a senior post-sales technical role such as customer engineering, solutions architecture, professional services, or principal-level security consulting.
  • Deep knowledge of AI and ML security, including adversarial attacks, prompt injection, data poisoning, model inversion, supply-chain risk, and the threat landscape around LLMs and agentic systems.
  • Track record of owning enterprise customer relationships and outcomes from first deployment through expansion.
  • Comfort across the full sales cycle while maintaining technical credibility with both CISOs and security engineers.
  • Proven delivery leadership with experience scoping, leading, and closing complex technical engagements with enterprise clients.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort building in a blank-page environment.
  • Commercial mindset with understanding of deal mechanics, pipeline, and what it takes to win.
  • Curious and hands-on with AI systems, including building with emerging technology yourself.
  • Strong owner's instinct and accountability for the long game, not just the launch.
  • Hands-on experience securing LLM deployments in enterprise environments, including RAG architectures, agentic frameworks, and fine-tuning, is strongly preferred.
  • Background in offensive security, red teaming, or adversarial ML research is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI governance and compliance frameworks such as NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, ISO 42001, and SOC 2 is strongly preferred.
  • Domain depth in a regulated vertical such as financial services, healthcare, defense, or critical infrastructure is strongly preferred.
  • Public presence through speaking, writing, research, or recognized reputation in AI security is strongly preferred.
  • Experience standing up a practice, service line, or methodology from the ground up is strongly preferred.
