Description

  • Lead UX/UI design for crypto trading products across web and mobile platforms.
  • Plan and conduct user interviews, usability testing, and surveys.
  • Translate research findings into actionable design solutions and product recommendations.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to align user experience with business goals.
  • Deliver high-quality end-to-end design work from problem discovery through solution delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Design, HCI, or UX-related fields; overseas study experience preferred.
  • 3–5 years of UI/UX design or user research experience with end-to-end project involvement.
  • Excellent bilingual communication skills in Chinese and English.
  • Proficient in Figma, AI, and mainstream research and analytics tools.
  • Strong product thinking and interaction design mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Passion for or experience in financial trading, cryptocurrency, blockchain, or Web3 preferred.
  • Experience in growth design or AI-related design is a plus.
  • Research or design experience with crypto/trading products is a plus.
  • Portfolio demonstrating how research insights drove design outcomes is preferred.
