Description

  • Own the product’s overall aesthetic standard, including typography, spacing, depth, color, iconography, and component polish.
  • Build and maintain the authoritative Figma design system, including tokens, components, and documentation.
  • Design identity-driven onboarding and personalization moments, including the signature recoloring experience.
  • Create the dashboard, identity symbols, shareable identity card, and progression/gamification surfaces.
  • Design motion and interaction patterns across the product, including animations, transitions, loading states, and error states.
  • Produce implementation-ready motion specifications and engineering handoff materials for multiple devices.
  • Translate biomarker, wearable, and AI-generated data into clear, emotionally resonant interfaces.
  • Design action-oriented workflows that guide users toward next steps rather than passive data viewing.
  • Ensure a unified experience across iOS, Android, and Web while respecting platform-specific behavior.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering to maintain design fidelity across implementations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI and product design, including at least 2 years designing mobile consumer products for iOS/Android.
  • Strong understanding of color as a functional system for status, identity, causality, and trust.
  • Proficiency in Figma or equivalent, including component libraries, auto-layout, design tokens, prototyping, and developer handoff.
  • Proficiency in motion and animation tools such as Lottie, After Effects, or Framer, with the ability to spec animations for engineering.
  • Comfort with AI-assisted development tools such as Lovable or Cursor, and willingness to adopt new tools quickly.
  • Experience designing for health, fitness, performance, or biomarker applications (preferred).
  • Experience designing trust-sensitive commerce surfaces such as in-app purchases, subscription tiers, or telehealth marketplaces (preferred).
  • Familiarity with React Native / Expo constraints, including safe areas, scroll physics, gestures, and native components (preferred).
  • Light front-end knowledge of TypeScript, React Native, and CSS to assess implementation fidelity (preferred).
  • Experience with gamification, progression systems, identity-adaptive design systems, or cinematic motion-heavy product moments (preferred).
  • Applicable certifications are a plus.
