Description

  • Produce and update Revit models, drawings, sheets, narratives, and calculations with increasing independence.
  • Support project coordination by incorporating redlines, resolving straightforward modeling issues, and identifying basic conflicts across disciplines.
  • Maintain model health, organization, and consistency using TEECOM BIM standards and workflows.
  • Participate in project, discipline, and engineering meetings and prepare clear notes and status updates.
  • Support early QA efforts by reviewing work for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to workflows.
  • Document design decisions, coordination updates, and project changes in TEECOM tools, including GitHub.
  • Assist engineers with design calculations, specifications, product research, and coordination documentation.
  • Track tasks, communicate risks early, and manage time and expense entries accurately.
  • Support site visits, field verification, and contractor submittal reviews as needed.
  • Contribute to process improvements by sharing lessons learned and suggesting updates to templates, views, families, and workflows.

Requirements

  • BS in Engineering (Electrical preferred), Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in the AEC industry.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Revit modeling, drafting, and construction documentation.
  • Coordination or field exposure supporting construction or site activities.
  • Experience supporting technology system design in Telecom/ICT, Audiovisual, Security, Acoustics, Network, Wi-Fi, or related disciplines (preferred).
  • Experience maintaining Revit model structure, including links, worksets, view templates, and model organization.
  • Familiarity with basic clash detection workflows in Navisworks or Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and/or AutoCAD.
  • Working knowledge of Bluebeam Studio, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Asana, and GitHub.
  • EIT, CDT, or introductory Revit/BIM/drafting certifications preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
