Description

  • Partner with senior leaders across Europe and global teams to design and execute workforce strategies that support growth and transformation.
  • Advise and coach leaders on talent planning, leadership development, performance management, and organizational design.
  • Lead employee engagement, talent assessment, succession planning, and cultural alignment initiatives across multiple countries.
  • Collaborate with the US-based HR team to align regional HR programs with global frameworks and local employment regulations.
  • Analyze people metrics and workforce trends to inform decisions on organizational health, retention, and workforce planning.
  • Promote a high-performance, inclusive culture aligned with the company’s guiding principles and values.
  • Partner with the Head of Talent & Organizational Effectiveness on leadership enablement, manager capability, and change readiness initiatives.
  • Build trusted relationships with employees and leaders to help them navigate challenges, build capability, and drive results.

Requirements

  • Based in the UK, with London preferred, and able to travel across Europe as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of HRBP experience.
  • Pan-European HR experience required.
  • Strong understanding of European employment law and HR practices across multiple countries.
  • Experience with organizational design, performance enablement, and change management.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and work effectively in a fast-paced, scaling global business.
  • Highly data-literate with the ability to interpret and present workforce insights.
  • No work sponsorship is available for this role.
