Description

  • Own the full sales cycle for small district accounts and build relationships with transportation leaders in the assigned territory.
  • Generate and manage a new business pipeline for the small district segment.
  • Drive net-new business acquisition and help grow small district market share across the country.
  • Host daily new business demo meetings and manage an active, healthy sales pipeline.
  • Multi-thread with decision makers and champions to move opportunities forward.
  • Accurately forecast results and track sales activity against revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives in the Hub-and-Spoke referral motion and coordinate with BDR, AE, and Marketing support.
  • Represent the company at national events to support pipeline growth and brand presence.
  • Share customer insights and best practices to help shape sales strategy and culture.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of new business technology sales experience.
  • Proven track record of managing forecasts and closing net-new logos.
  • K-12 industry selling experience is highly desirable but not required.
  • Experience using CRM and outreach platforms as part of a modern tech stack.
  • Strong engagement and qualification skills with a consultative, value-based sales approach.
  • Ability to lead personalized, structured sales conversations and demos while handling objections confidently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical aptitude to learn and master sales tools.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with strong customer success focus.
  • Ability to thrive with extreme autonomy in a remote, growth-stage startup environment.
