Description

  • Design and execute go-to-market strategies for key customer segments including Property Management Companies, Board Members, Onsite Staff, Property Managers, and Residents.
  • Own go-to-market initiatives for both prospective and existing customers to increase product awareness, education, customer value, and adoption.
  • Create product messaging, positioning, narratives, value propositions, and messaging frameworks that resonate with target customers.
  • Develop launch content across blog posts, landing pages, emails, webinars, videos, printed collateral, and social channels.
  • Build sales enablement materials such as one-pagers, pitch decks, battlecards, and objection-handling guides.
  • Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency in voice, tone, visual identity, and messaging across touchpoints.
  • Align product-level positioning with the broader brand strategy to strengthen differentiation in the market.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to inform product and marketing strategy.
  • Monitor industry trends and adjust positioning based on customer and market insights.
  • Set KPIs, measure launch and adoption campaign performance, and report results and learnings to leadership.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of experience in product marketing.
  • Proven experience designing go-to-market strategy and executing a complete strategic plan.
  • Experience leading successful product launches.
  • Strong understanding of user behavior and user psychology.
  • Excellent storytelling, messaging, and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Depth and breadth in content creation across a variety of channels.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy.
  • Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pendo, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Console, SEMrush, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva.
  • Preferred experience bringing new B2B or B2C products to market and driving substantial adoption.
