Description

  • Lead end-to-end technical onboarding and configuration for new and existing customer programs.
  • Drive ongoing technical program execution through kickoffs, walkthroughs, and regular program reviews.
  • Serve as the technical point of contact during program launches and early adoption.
  • Provide guidance on vulnerability triage, communication workflows, and integration best practices.
  • Support ongoing pentest and bounty delivery to help ensure on-time completion.
  • Collaborate with Customer Experience Managers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to align delivery with customer expectations.
  • Develop and improve onboarding playbooks, technical documentation, and enablement materials.
  • Contribute to problem-solving discussions and identify potential issues proactively.
  • Manage program timelines and dependencies while mitigating risks to delivery.
  • Support continuous improvement of delivery processes for consistency, quality, and scalability.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as implementation, solutions architecture, technical program management, or professional services.
  • Knowledge of pentest, bug-bounty, and red-team methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-facing mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
  • Experience creating documentation and policies such as blogs or collateral is preferred.
  • Familiarity with at least one scripting language such as Python, Ruby, or Bash is preferred.
  • Ability to complete the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for 50% of the time and carry or move a laptop as needed.
  • Background checks may be required for positions involving access to confidential or proprietary information.

  • Base salary range of $71,040 to $88,800 per year.
