Description

  • Own Blueprint’s product positioning and messaging across all product lines.
  • Lead go-to-market strategy for new product launches and major product iterations.
  • Build messaging frameworks that translate scientific rigor into clear consumer narratives.
  • Partner with Growth and E-Commerce to improve conversion, retention, and LTV through stronger product communication.
  • Collaborate with Science and Legal teams to ensure product marketing claims are accurate and compliant.
  • Develop and maintain a product marketing playbook covering launch processes, GTM channel best practices, testing, learnings, and iteration.
  • Drive customer research, segmentation, and competitive analysis to inform positioning and the R&D roadmap.
  • Manage and grow the product marketing team over time, including hiring, development, and setting standards.
  • Ensure all product storytelling reinforces Blueprint’s credibility, precision, and mission.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing, brand marketing, or growth marketing.
  • Proven experience owning and launching consumer products with measurable business impact.
  • Strong storytelling skills across landing pages, product pages, campaigns, and narrative documents.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Creative, Growth, and leadership teams.
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to connect messaging decisions to performance outcomes.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with high standards and minimal bureaucracy.
  • Experience in a regulated industry such as supplements, wellness, diagnostics, medical devices, pharma, or biotech (preferred).
  • Experience in health, health tech, or pharma (preferred).
  • Experience in DTC subscription or ecommerce businesses (preferred).
  • Strong familiarity with scientific or clinical data and the ability to translate it into consumer-facing language (preferred).
  • Experience building or scaling product marketing teams and launch processes (preferred).

Benefits

  • Salary range of $220,000 to $290,000.
