Description

  • Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases across benefits verification, prior authorization, patient onboarding, adherence, refill management, and call center or pharmacist workflows.
  • Translate business pain points into clear problem statements and opportunity areas.
  • Convert ideas into testable hypotheses and run rapid experimentation cycles using AI/LLM capabilities, workflow automation, and data-driven decisioning.
  • Design MVPs and pilots, then prototype, test, learn, and refine solutions quickly.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from problem definition through solution design, development, launch, and iteration.
  • Partner with Engineering, Data Science, and Design teams to build scalable, production-ready AI-enabled products.
  • Bridge business, clinical, and technology teams to ensure solutions are operationally feasible, clinically appropriate, and technically scalable.
  • Embed AI into real workflows with human-in-the-loop controls and seamless integration into existing CRM, workflow, and call center systems.
  • Measure operational, experience, and business outcomes, then scale successful pilots into broader deployment.
  • Ensure usability and adoption for frontline users such as pharmacists, agents, and care teams.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership.
  • Strong healthcare domain experience, preferably in pharmacy services, specialty pharmacy, patient services or HUB services, or payer/PBM ecosystems.
  • Proven experience working on data-driven or AI-enabled products.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive rapid experimentation and MVP delivery.
  • Strong ability to work across business, clinical, and technical teams.
  • Experience with prior authorization, benefits verification, or patient onboarding workflows is preferred.
  • Experience with call center or omnichannel patient engagement platforms is preferred.
  • Familiarity with LLMs or generative AI applications is preferred.
  • Familiarity with workflow automation tools and modern data stack platforms is preferred.
  • Experience in regulated environments such as HIPAA or other compliance-constrained settings is preferred.
