Description

  • Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and release plans.
  • Own and manage the product backlog by prioritizing items based on value and impact.
  • Break down epics into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, feedback, and alignment.
  • Act as the voice of the customer across development teams.
  • Work with Scrum teams during sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Provide clarifications and remove blockers for the development team.
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
  • Partner with QA and DevOps teams to support quality delivery.
  • Track product performance, KPIs, feature adoption, and continuous improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or Business Analysis.
  • Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Proven experience in backlog management and product lifecycle management.
  • Clinical or pharmacy experience in the Medicare space, including MTM (Medication Therapy Management).
  • Domain experience in healthcare, BFSI, retail, or similar industries is preferred.
  • Exposure to Jira, Azure DevOps, or Confluence is preferred.
  • Understanding of APIs, integrations, and digital platforms is preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
