Description

  • Drive product definition, development, and launch processes end to end.
  • Collaborate with the Product Manager to align on product vision and core functionality.
  • Work with internal teams and stakeholders to define features based on customer needs.
  • Prepare progress updates and present product outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Manage the product backlog by breaking down features into user stories, tasks, and acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritize backlog items and adjust priorities to maximize business value.
  • Support development teams during iterations by clarifying requirements.
  • Monitor product progress throughout each stage and identify and mitigate risks proactively.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product/Project Manager, or Business Analyst in an Agile environment.
  • Experience in B2B product management such as CRM, BSS, or OMS is a strong advantage.
  • Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to understand high-level architecture and technical concepts.
  • Previous experience in a software development company, ideally focused on web applications.
  • Upper-intermediate or higher English, spoken and written.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a structured, detail-oriented, and organized way.
  • Diplomatic, pragmatic, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Planning and visualization skills.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
