Description

  • Provide technical expertise and guidance during pre-sales customer engagements.
  • Lead discovery sessions with Account Executives to understand customer pain points, objectives, and workflows.
  • Collaborate with Product and Customer Success to design and deliver solutions that address customer needs.
  • Build and manage sandbox accounts that demonstrate Bridgit’s solution in customer workflows.
  • Support the transition of customers from sales to the Customer Success Manager team for smooth implementation.
  • Contribute to the land-and-expand sales motion by supporting expansion opportunities.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities within existing customers to drive growth and maximize value.
  • Assist customers in overcoming technical challenges during evaluations and sales cycles.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in a technical pre-sales or solutions engineering role.
  • Experience in SaaS or workforce planning solutions, preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to empathize with customer challenges and translate them into technical and business solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Prior experience managing POCs, trials, and sandbox environments.
  • Ability to work with large, complex datasets and draw insights from them.
  • Experience helping customers resolve technical challenges.
  • Comfort learning new solutions and solving complex customer problems.
