Description

  • Lead end-to-end client implementation processes, including scoping, data migration, system configuration, consultations, and user training.
  • Collaborate with customers to gather requirements, establish timelines, and manage expectations throughout onboarding.
  • Analyze customer data to ensure accuracy and alignment with project goals before migration and integration.
  • Build and execute workflows that support efficient platform adoption for clients.
  • Deliver tailored training sessions that help customer teams maximize product value.
  • Monitor implementation milestones and report progress, escalating issues when needed.
  • Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams, including Sales, Product, and Customer Success, to support a smooth handoff after implementation.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in implementation or onboarding, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple implementations simultaneously.
  • Ability to embrace emerging technologies like AI and adapt to new methods.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to support decisions and customer needs.
  • Clear, concise communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Strong attention to detail and an organized approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience working with enterprise clients, particularly in construction or project management sectors.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and data cleaning techniques to support accurate migration and integration.
  • Understanding of API integrations or related technical processes.
  • Availability to work within PST or MST hours and collaborate with West Coast customers.
