Description

  • Build, manage, motivate, and inspire the regional sales force from pre-launch through commercialization, including launch readiness and post-approval activities.
  • Drive a successful commercial launch for Acoramidis in partnership with commercial and medical teams.
  • Own regional sales team performance and accountability for achieving sales targets.
  • Review team performance metrics and guide execution of brand strategies across assigned geographies.
  • Collaborate with marketing to shape product messaging and execute region-specific marketing plans.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, customers, Marketing, and Medical Affairs to increase brand advocacy.
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration, transparency, and open communication to support alignment and execution.
  • Set ambitious but achievable goals, hold the team accountable, and identify opportunities to exceed performance targets.
  • Develop team members by encouraging continuous learning, skill growth, and support for success.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech sales.
  • 3-5 years of front-line leadership experience.
  • Cardiology experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated success building and leading a sales force from scratch with increasing scope and responsibility.
  • Proven success leading sales teams that consistently deliver strong results in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Track record of successfully launching new products and/or new indications in highly competitive markets.
  • Strong mentoring and coaching experience with a diverse commercial team.
  • Must reside in Texas, Louisiana, or Arkansas.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region.
  • Experience scaling and launching successful drugs is strongly preferred.
