Description

  • Meet and exceed sales goals within an assigned territory by developing and executing integrated account plans.
  • Demonstrate subject matter expertise on the scientific and clinical information for BBP-418.
  • Engage customers in clinically relevant discussions using approved materials and a customer-centric approach.
  • Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and territory risks.
  • Own territory business planning and execute key company initiatives.
  • Partner compliantly with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB, and other cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with KOLs, physicians, medical staff, hospital personnel, and multidisciplinary center staff.
  • Navigate the account EMR process and implement strategies to support product positioning and availability.
  • Anticipate business challenges, adjust priorities, and develop solutions as needed.
  • Complete tasks and projects assigned by Sales Leadership while following company policies, compliance requirements, and applicable regulations.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of successful experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with 5+ years in Rare Disease or Neurology markets preferred.
  • BS/BA required; MBA preferred but not required.
  • Track record of successfully launching new products and/or new indications into highly competitive markets.
  • Strong leadership, planning, organization, analytics, business acumen, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute on a plan.
  • Proven leadership skills with a high level of personal accountability.
  • Ability to influence without authority internally and externally.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong ability to use remote technology to engage with customers.
  • Significant travel is required.
